Our Customer Service hours are between 10:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Time).  Please allow 24 hours for a response to your email...we do get back to everybody.

If you contact us on Friday, it may not be until Monday when we have the opportunity to get back to you.

Please Note:  Paradise Embroidery Designs Customer Service Department is closed on all major holidays.
