Shipping & Returns

All Paradise Embroidery Designs purchases are available for immediate download (winzip file) after payment through Paypal (you don't need a PayPal account).   Paypal accepts all major credit cards.

Download Instructions:  Simply "Log In" using the username and password you chose during checkout.  Then click on "My Account" to access your order history and download your files.

I recommend creating a backup copy of your file in case of loss of use (computer crash) as I may periodically retire designs; therefore they will no longer be available.

Due to the nature of my business, I cannot offer refunds on any machine embroidery designs at Paradise Embroidery Designs.  Please be sure to select the appropriate size and format for you machine.  Some designs will offer a variety of formats and other will ask you to select one. 

In the case that you ever have a problem with one of our designs, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
